Emotional Release Therapy (ERT) is an innovative, energy healing system, which utilizes applied kinesiology (AK) manual muscle testing (MMT) and ideomotor response (IMR) to locate and release energetic imbalances. Energetic imbalances can affect the way a person thinks, feels, and behaves. This method is designed for individuals of all ages and backgrounds, including pets to feel better; physically, emotionally, and spiritually.

MY QUEST
A lifelong search for healing
I became a Certified Holistic Medicine Practitioner after a lifelong search for a healing modality that truly resonates. Emotional Release Therapy helped me to release energies that were affecting me physically and emotionally which were holding me back in many areas of my life. I felt a noticeable shift after each session and received positive feedback from those closest to me. After two transformative years as a client, I realized my calling was to help others heal too. Now, as a practitioner, I’m thrilled to support you on your own healing journey!

Holistic medicine is an attitudinal approach to healthcare rather than a particular set of standardized techniques. It addresses the psychological, familial, societal, ethical, and spiritual as well as biological dimensions of health and illness. The holistic approach acknowledges the energetic component of healing and emphasizes the uniqueness of each client, as well as each person's responsibility for their own health and wellness. I am certified in both Emotion Code and Body Code as well as Usui Reiki Holy Fire III.

I approach each client individually and tailor sessions to suit your unique needs. This may involve releasing trapped emotions, addressing imbalances to alleviate physical symptoms, channeling Reiki energy, or a combination of techniques. On a very basic level, I facilitate healing by communicating with your subconscious mind. My goal is to help you feel your best; physically, emotionally, spiritually.

You might! Many clients report various sensations as the energy moves out of their field. These include yawning (which is a big sign of energy release!), chills and/or brain shivers, a wave of nausea, momentary headache, belching, a surge from the center out to the hands and feet, among others. It all depends on your body. Sometimes clients simply feel the particular emotion we are releasing, like anger or sadness. It’s also normal to feel nothing, which is part of the process.

Your body knows exactly how many trapped emotions and imbalances it can release and in what order to release them. As a practitioner, it’s my job to formulate questions for your subconscious mind in order to identify what needs to be released.
Each person processes differently, so I won’t be able to provide an exact timeline for healing.

After we’ve connected through the discovery call, please fill out your New Client Intake Form
I recommend you stay hydrated throughout the day of your session. Adequate cellular hydration facilitates your sessions to be as effective as possible and may ease the Processing Period.
During the initial session, we will work 1-on-1 for an in-depth review of your intake paperwork, history, and discuss your needs and goals through emotional release therapy. Please allow 60-90 minutes for this session.
You will receive a Session Summary within 48 hours following your initial session, as well as all follow-up sessions. I find Summary Sessions helpful to track our progress together as well as guiding future sessions.

If there is something you feel has impacted you strongly and may be the underlying cause of what you are experiencing, I encourage you bring this up in session. Awareness is key and will allow me to test if there are any stored energies or emotions surrounding the event(s). You may disclose as much as you feel comfortable with me. Your privacy and emotional wellbeing is of the utmost importance to me.

When an emotion or imbalance is released through Emotional Release Therapy, the body is finally allowed to go through a Processing Period – or healing period, which can occur 1-3 post session.
You may notice “symptoms” of processing, such as: emotional sensitivity, crying, sleeplessness, a need for more sleep, vivid dreams, mild headache, or fatigue during this period. About 20% of clients may experience an “echo” or an exacerbation of physical or emotional symptoms. This is all apart of the process. I always encourage my clients to reach out to me if you are struggling during the Processing Period.
Most clients report feeling lighter, happier, and more at peace after an emotional release.

This question is asked frequently and I wish I could provide an exact timeline. However, each person processes emotions differently and therefore healing looks different on everyone. As much as I enjoy connecting with my clients, my goal is for you to reach a point in your healing journey where you don’t require weekly sessions. I have many clients who have graduated to a monthly “tune-up.”

I have yet to work with someone who hasn’t experienced a meaningful shift. For some, it is subtle and builds with each session, and for others they may experience immediate changes. Even if you do not feel a noticeable difference, often others around you can see and feel it.

A 24-hour cancellation policy is in place to protect our time and energy. No-shows and clients who cancel within this window will be charged full price. I understand life can be hectic, so please communicate with me and I will do my best to accommodate you.
