Payment Policy
Payment for all services and products is due prior to the time of the appointment. As the client, you are responsible for payment of the session in full at the time of booking through the Wellness Maven website scheduling system.
RESCHEDULE & CANCELLATION POLICY
We require at least 24 hours notice if you need to reschedule or cancel a session. Cancellation and reschedule requests must be received via phone at 804-904-2080 or email: hello@yourwellnessmaven.com
CONFIDENTIALITY POLICY
The discussions between the ERT practitioner and the client is confidential and is protected by state laws and the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability
COMMUNICATION POLICY
I give permission for the Practitioner to contact me via telephone, text or email and to leave me messages that may contain appointment or confidential information if I am not available.
